Breathtaking Terrace

This project was a true test of our skills, as we were tasked with maximizing a limited outdoor area while still creating a functional and inviting space for entertaining. With the client's desire for a modern feel, we incorporated board from concrete walls and metal elements that seamlessly complemented the style of the home.

Our design focused on creating designated spaces for various activities, including a built-in spa, bocce ball court, cozy seating area around a fire element, and covered dining space for year-round enjoyment. We also paid close attention to the surrounding landscape, adding a water-wise planting design with native plantings and strategically placed large trees for screening and privacy.

The result is a stunning outdoor oasis that not only maximizes the available space but also complements the home's modern architecture and takes full advantage of the breathtaking views of the Park City slopes.
